Scaled Insights & Analytics is a new and growing function within the Consumer Insights Organization at Client. We are actively building and improving our shared service support model for our internal partners. An important part of this model is assisting our internal partners in the transition to and adoption of new tools and processes. We strive to effectively respond to every inquiry in a timely manner while continuously improving our systems, processes, and training documentation. We are currently in need of someone to help facilitate this process and drive the successful adoption of our new tools and processes. Our ask is for a detailed, tech-savvy, solutions, process, and systems-oriented professional to help support the above while also identifying issues and providing creative suggestions to continuously improve our tools and processes.

Title: Operations Coordinator

Type: Process Excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to internal partner inquiries regarding shared service processes and tools for Consumer Insights team
  • Coordinating with our Scaled Insights & Analytics team members to ensure timely and effective responses
  • Ensuring user guides, FAQs, and other related documentation is up-to-date
  • Identifying issues and providing recommendations to our Scaled Insights & Analytics team
  • Serve as the central contact for Aha! questions
  • Misc. projects as needed by request

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ business experience
  • Experience responding to inquiries and updating training materials
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build key relationships with business partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate systems information to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to multi-task with several projects in process at all times
  • Maintain detailed and organized files
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with business operations and change management, preferred
  • Previous experience with Aha! or other project/portfolio systems, preferred
