This role is necessary to ensure the successful execution of Revenue Recognition/O2O Management Reporting for BOPIS, DORIS, and Ship From Store capabilities in North America, EMEA, Japan, and Korea. The strategic intent of the program is to maximize consumer demand in the marketplace agnostic of channel, optimizing our assets of product, people and location (digital/stores) and to deliver seamless consumer experiences and more profitable operations. This is directly in support of Client’s goal to realize 50% of all revenue coming in from digital sales. The principle is based on Channel of Demand Generation while allocating Operating Costs for cross-channel order fulfillment.
The program manager should have demonstrated experience working across engineering and product teams within tax, finance, order management and ERPs.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the successful discovery, planning, execution and reporting of the revenue recognition program. In addition they will responsible for anticipating business and technical dependencies which may impact the implementation of these changes across all channels, mitigate risk and clearly communicate outcomes to partners and stakeholders.
