Overview:

Client Global Technology needs faster answers with more clarity—this means timely access to core business information in an accessible format. Key categories of information include: squads (how many squads do we have, who is on what squad, what they are working on, how are their agile practices going, what’s their morale like, etc.), value delivery (what are we delivering when, do we have enough capacity to deliver on our commitments, where do we need to make additional squad capacity investments, etc.), organizational (what’s our org structure, who reports to who, what’s our labor type distribution, what’s our teammate recognition culture like, etc.). The Digital Dash team is leading the charge on this effort – we design, build, and maintain dashboards that integrate information from disparate sources to support clarity on the facts on the ground for leadership at all levels.
