To achieve our mission, we act as a central point of contact across a group of functional experts (both geo and global) that are equipped to move Post-Purchase priorities from vision to execution.

Our team defines the scope of the program by identifying 6 key moments and evaluates frictions and opportunities with the consumer in mind. The Global NDDC Post-Purchase team is focused on four key areas:

  • Strategy creation: drive innovation and bring discrete projects together into a consistent strategy that starts with consumers. Translate the strategy into time-bound objectives through prioritization, aligning to NDDC/Direct/Inc strategies. Demonstrate financial, operational and consumer benefits through business case development
  • Performance management: define post-purchase hero metrics in partnership with Analytics and build path to automate & scale, lead performance reviews. Conduct marketplace assessment vs best-in-class retailers across geos, explore vendor landscape and partnership opportunities
  • Capability development: work with functional teams to bring capabilities to life. Orchestrate project management, focusing on cross-functional dependencies and coordination. Demonstrate expected outcomes through appropriate analysis/testing
  • Governance: keep the program running, develop intentional communication strategy for all audiences (Global/Geo LTs, extended team, project teams). Represent the program in key strategic/decision-making forums (long-term planning cycles, investment committees)
