We are looking for a business success an innovation lead to support our APLA DSM teams from WHQ. In this role you’ll know who, when and how to drive user engagement, alignment and adoption of innovative products that serve our supply chain needs. You’ll lead the design, development and implementation of products and be a change champion, delivering DSM product vision to the business.


Every day you’ll be working with teams around the world to identify business needs for products and help translate those needs to our technical project teams. Demand and Supply Management is the hub of a wheel which as many spokes- to be successful in this role you need to be a connector across functions, drawing people together to drive decision and actions. Clear communication is critical. Supporting teams by developing timelines for discovery through implementation and stabilization of products and capabilities. Driving consensus, handling ambiguity, and determining scope and scope creep for projects are all part of daily conversations at all levels that help drive business and product innovation.


DSM has many partners to execute supply chain activities in a way that showcases a seamless experience for our consumers. Coordination and collaboration with merchandising, finance, operations and logistics, technology partners both in territory up through our global enterprise teams is necessary. RACI/RAPID decision-making models are skills that will serve you well as you navigate our matrix organization.


  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Technology, Data Science, Computer Science.
  • Certificate in Project or Project Management, preferred.
  • Secondly, list years of experience and functional/industry experience required
  • 3-5 years experience leading multi-functional, corporate technology projects from discovery through implementation required.
  • Experience in data analysis and data preparation, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in facilitating intake across multiple functions, documenting business requirements for technical partners and prioritizing work.
  • Basic SQL, Snowflake and SAP systems a plus.
  • Microsoft product proficient- daily use of power point for story telling and documentation.
  • Client teammates are located around the world in all time zones, as a team member you’ll need to be mindful of scheduling meetings and connection points with respect to where they live and work.
