Champion and support Women’s strategy & initiatives across AIC

Roles/Responsibilities

• Operationalize and execute AIC Women’s portfolio management
  • Collect, consolidate and coordinate AIC Women’s Portfolio
  • Help identify opportunities and gaps in the AIC women’s portfolio; creatively problem solve to support the strategy
  • Ensure that program/project progress is accurate and updated regularly
• Partner with other portfolio and operations teammates (e.g. AIC/ Captains, Women’s, Sports Marketing) and be the key contact with teammates in Strategy and Finance
• Lead and Report on the AIC Women’s portfolio status/update/key results to Innovation leaders and stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
