SR RETAIL TECH SUPPORT

SECTION 1: WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who thrives in working with cross-functional teams, innovative technology, and implementing dynamic digital platforms and systems. This role manages digital content for consumer facing systems and integrations in Retail and Corporate environments. This person needs to have experience with overseeing development of software and hardware solution integrations.
SECTION 2: WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
You will work with the Audio Visual and Digital Experience team within the Technology Operations organization, managing digital content management system developments, bugs, user feedback, and inputs to ensure it adheres to Client standards and acceptance. You’ll be defining content and operations specifications, managing communications, service-levels, and reporting. This role will manage projects using Lean/Agile principals and framework including but not limited to facilitating planning sessions, daily standups, and removing escalations for the team.
SECTION 3: WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that range from product managers, IT and QA engineers, technology functions, Georgraphies, outside vendors and business stakeholders. You will be reporting project status, risks and issues to the larger Project Management organization, project sponsors and senior leadership.
SECTION 4: WHAT YOU BRING
Experience with the following technologies and capabilities:
• Ability to collaborate with sponsors and business partners and interact with senior management
• Ability to connect project/status to business needs, tracking quantifiable results
• Collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• PMP certification or training is a plus
