Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior MobileEngineer to join our Enterprise Mac & Mobility team.  You’ll play a critical role in the engineering and support of our mobile platformsat Clientandwill focus on supporting our retail expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior MobileEngineer, you will be part of the team responsible for the engineeringand support ofour retail mobile device fleet with a specific focus on new store openings and support (for mobile).You will also be responsible administering our mobile ecosystem using VMWare Workspace ONE and building and deployment of configuration profiles and policesincluding global provisioning configuration.  

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrationon mobile platforms including iOS, iPadOS, tvOS and Android
  • Apple Business Manager (ABM) Administration
  • Hardware or Software Evaluations and Proof of Concepts
  • Maintain Documentation
  • Conduct UAT, Pilot, and ProductionRollouts•Problem Management and Incident Consulting
  • Root Cause Analysis and EscalationsEXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIREDAs aSenior Mobile Engineer, you will bring the following:
  • 5+ years Enterprise Expertise withAppleand Android platforms, technologies, and services
  • 4+ years demonstrated experienceand current certificationson modern device management tools such as AirWatchor Workspace ONE
  • 3+ years deploying, supporting, and administering large implementations of mobile devicesleveraging MDM platform such as AirWatch or Workspace ONE, preferably in a retail environment
  • .Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems, using vendor and third-party tools, and provide guidance to support teams where required
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow for ticket managementandJira for agile/lean project management
  • Ability to support working during WHQ normal business hours (8 AM PST –5 PM PST) and after hours "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
  • .Proven ability to keep up with new technology and recommend hardwareor software standards for global enterprise environments
  • Research-oriented and methodical approach to solutioning
  • Accountability and end-to-end ownership of solution or task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant subject area; 4additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree
  • Able to work remotely from home as needed
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally on occasion
  • Ableto pass a 7-year background investigation
