This role will be focused on cross domain financial management & process in North America technology portfolio. As part of this role, you will manage internal financial communications across various North America & Global functions and stakeholders. The nature of the work is focused on understanding and reporting on project financials & technology spend to internal stakeholders. Develop ongoing relationships with the full NA technology department across a range of Client Technology functions including Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Data and Analytics, and others to assist with communication delivery of financial plans, messaging and overall financial views.
As part of this role, you will also outline and update NA Technology communication plans and communications materials based on plans developed by Client Technology functions. Develop and execute messaging for internal communications. Write and edit content for stakeholder communication and internal announcements. Ensure that a thorough review, editing and updating process is followed for all communication.
Additional responsibility lies in organizing department events and review meetings. Ensure up-to-date onboarding information and design project portfolio reporting standards.
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written), financial management, Excel, Keynote (preferred) or PowerPoint and a strong understanding of technology.
